I have sadly neglected this blog for a long time. I am going to try and start over.

Have been busy with customer quilts.

Today is the last day of our county fair. Thank goodness! We live 3 blocks from the fair grounds and traffic/parking is terrible.

Been busy with the garden. Have done many pickles and tried making marinara sauce this year.

Many tomatoes yet to do.

I am back!

Been extremely busy as of late. I have been tied to my machine trying to get client quilts finished. Only have 6 more to go.

Did manage to get my garden in this weekend. We made it quite a bit larger than last year and it still isn't big enough. I am going to have my work cut out for me this fall.

Not much going on in my shops. I did get a tablerunner done and listed yesterday.
It is made with Moda charm squares called Berry Delicious.

An Etsy Quilter

Listed a new lap quilt on ArtFire this weekend. I finally was able to have both shops with different quilts. I didn't like having the same quilt listed on both. Worry about selling on both sites at the same time. Not that I am having fabulous sales on ArtFire. I think the potential is there just have to be patient. Thinking by Christmas it should pick up.

Latest Listing

Managed to finish the king size Amy Butler quilt last night and did the shams this morning.
Now to decide what to work on next. Received my fabric order in the mail today and I think that will be the next project. Different colors than I usually use. Black, white and red.
